We got great value for our money at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with crisp white linens and comfy beds. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

I had a great stay here. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The linen was clean and crisp, and the pillows were even better than those in a hotel. The kitchen, bathrooms, and toilet were all spotless. The WiFi was super fast and never lost connection. The parking spaces were clearly marked and appreciated, especially after a long drive. The back garden was a sun trap and a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee.
Everything was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay. The property was even better than the pictures and description. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The linen and pillows were high-quality. The WiFi was super fast and reliable, even on the top floor. The two allocated parking spaces were greatly appreciated. The back garden was a suntrap and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The property is conveniently located near a large supermarket and a short drive to the beach.
Nothing to be said.

The holiday home had ample parking spaces and a garden suitable for dogs. the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, with crisp white linen and good pillows. the kitchen, bathrooms, and toilets were all clean and well-maintained. the property provided essential amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and even seasoning for food. there was a small play area opposite the property, perfect for young children.
The property had a musty smell upon arrival, which was a bit off-putting.

Stayed at a wonderful holiday home, with a lovely patio and free Wi-Fi. Enjoyed cycling nearby. RAF Coningsby Airport and Humberside Airport are conveniently close. Had a great time with complimentary internet access and a computer station. St Botolph's Church is just a short walk away.
As a posh lady, I have to say the only downside was my disappointment in not finding a personal butler at my disposal. Such a pity!

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with cozy furniture and beautiful artwork throughout. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a senior like me. The common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it convenient for older people to move around comfortably.
I wish there was more assistance available for senior guests. The children working there could have been more attentive and provided additional support for seniors who may need extra help during their vacation.

The bedrooms were massive and offered plenty of space. The beds were also really comfortable, with crisp white linen and great pillows. The property was bigger than it looked in the pictures, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and downstairs toilet were all spotless. The WiFi was super fast and never lost connection, even on the top floor. The back garden was a lovely sun trap and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The two parking spaces were clearly marked and appreciated after a long nighttime drive. There was also a small children's play area opposite the property, which was great for the kids.
There was a musty smell in the hallway and living room due to someone smoking in the property in the past. It was a bit difficult to locate the terrace at night as the roads all looked the same.

My kids wished there had been a playground or play area for them to enjoy at the holiday home.
